After the announcement, the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro users have begun to download the beta update on their devices. However, a lot of users have found that the beta bricked their smartphones.
Based on this the company has pulled back the update as of now. If you are a OnePlus 9 user and have not yet installed the beta build on your device then you should wait for a while until the issues are fixed.
According to a report from Android Police, if you forget to unlock the bootloader of the OnePlus 9 or the OnePlus 9 Pro before installing Beta, the device will not go beyond the setup process.
Do not install non-Google betas on your phones right now. My OP9 Pro is basically fucked, unable to setup and keeps bootlooping and my Mi 11 is bricked. Avoid these betas for now.

However, there is a workaround. You can use EDL restore to delete this block. This will “restore the phone to factory image using Qualcomm chipset-level flash memory.” You can learn about how to restore your phone using EDL through this XDA developer guide.
