OnePlus is already working on OxygenOS 14/Android 14: Report
OnePlus is currently rolling out the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 update for the remaining users gradually, so far the update has not reached every eligible device but the company has already started working on the next iteration which is Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.

As per the new report by 9to5Google, OnePlus has started working on the next custom skin- OxygenOS 14 which will be based on Android 14. At the Open Ears Forum in London, the company officials explained several expects of Android 13 design along with the OxygenOS 14.
It’s well known that the next generation of OS will be more intuitive and impressive than the current Android 13. Also, the Android 14 is expected to be available first on Google Pixel devices and it is expected to debut in the quarter first of 2023, then it will be adopted by other manufacturers like OnePlus.
Aside from this, the company is also said to bring OxygenOS 13.1 in the first half of 2023 and most probably it will come powered on Android 13. Notably, there is no confirmation that whether the company is serious about OxygenOS 14 or OxygenOS 13.1.
Moving on, the company has also made a big statement about the extender software policy schedule, all the flagship devices launched in 2023 will now support 4 major OS updates and 5 years of security patches. You can read the full article here.
