OnePlus now offers lifetime screen warranty service to resolve green line issues

OnePlus smartphone users will finally get rid of the fearful and annoying green line issues, as the company is now offering lifetime screen warranty service. The manufacturer has recently launched this helpful facility but it is only available for selected cases.

According to the details, OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 9 series users who have been dealing with the green line problem for a long time will be able to cover the cost of a screen repair with the lifetime screen warranty service.

This service is only applicable in cases when your device affects by green line defects. A major reason behind this problem is the new OLED panels in the market. Though the Chinese OEM has removed the BOE partners from its supply chain and we can expect some good results with the upcoming devices.

Eventually, the company mentioned the following words for its newly launched service:

“We realize that this issue has caused a great deal of inconvenience to the affected users, and we apologize for it. In line with our unwavering commitment, we encourage users to visit the nearest OnePlus service center for device diagnosis, and we will provide free screen replacement for all devices affected by the situation. On select OnePlus 8 and 9 Series devices, we are also offering a voucher that will provide the user with a fair percentage of the device value to upgrade to a new OnePlus device. In light of the current situation, we are now offering a lifetime screen warranty on all affected devices. Thank you for your understanding and support.”

Note that OnePlus has only implemented this facility in India for the moment. However, we will keep you posted regarding the UK and US statements on this matter.
