OnePlus will give 3 major Android/OxygenOS/ColorOS versions to these smartphones [Updated list]

Back in 2021, OnePlus shared a new software update policy, where it revealed the software update eligibility for its smartphones. The company announced a big change to its Software Maintenance Schedule for its flagship and mid-range devices.

OnePlus said, there will be 3 major Android upgrades and 4 years of security updates for its recent flagships, while 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates for the device launched before 2020.
OnePlus Software Update Policy
Here’s the improved software maintenance schedule for OnePlus phones:
These devices will get 3 major Android upgrades and 4 years of security patches:
- OnePlus 10 Pro
- OnePlus 10T
- OnePlus 10R
- OnePlus 9RT
- OnePlus 9 Pro
- OnePlus 9
- OnePlus 9R
- OnePlus 8 Pro
- OnePlus 8
- OnePlus 8T
These devices will get 2 major Android upgrades and 3 years of security patches:
- OnePlus Nord 2
- OnePlus 7 Pro
- OnePlus 7
- OnePlus 7T
- OnePlus 7T Pro
- OnePlus Nord
- OnePlus Nord CE
These devices will get 1 major Android upgrade and 3 years of security patches:
- OnePlus N100
- OnePlus N10 5G
- OnePlus N200 5G

Most importantly, with this change, we are happy to announce an improved software maintenance schedule for the lifecycle of our open market smartphones:
- Flagship product line (including T / R): The OnePlus 8 series and newer devices will receive 3 major Android updates and 4 years of security updates.
- Nord / Nord CE: The first OnePlus Nord and newer Nord / Nord CE devices will receive 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
- Nord N series: Starting from N10 and N100, all N series devices will receive 1 major Android update and 3 years of security updates.
(Note: Flagship devices released prior to the OnePlus 8 series will follow the previous schedule of 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates. Software update plans for carrier versions will follow the requirements of our carrier partners.)
