OnePlus Nord 2 OxygenOS Software Update: Gets June 2022 security patch [OxygenOS 12 A.21]

Finally, OnePlus started rolling out the first stable build of OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 with a June 2022 security patch update for the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone users. While the update is yet to make its way to all users, OnePlus has rolled out yet another update for the affordable flagship.

OxygenOS A.21 for OnePlus Nord 2 has started rolling out for users in Indian, and European markets. It fixes various security and privacy-related vulnerabilities that make your Android smartphone more secure and reliable.

This new firmware update protects the device from bugs and viruses. This update includes the most up-to-date Android security patches and improvements in several areas, including performance, stability, battery, and more.

As with all OTA updates from OnePlus, OxygenOS A.21 for OnePlus Nord 2 will be rolled out to users in a phased manner. It will reach a small percentage of users today, with a wider rollout to follow over the next few days.

You can check for updates manually by going to Settings > System > System Updates.
