New OnePlus Pad trademark suggests OnePlus’ first tablet could be coming soon
After launching its first-ever smartwatch, OnePlus is now planning to make its presence in the tablet market. According to the latest info, a trademark named OnePlus Pad is spotter on the EUIPO website which hints that its first-ever tablet is in work and may launch soon.
The trademark was filed on July 01, 2021, under the name ‘ONEPLUS PAD’ carrying filing number 018504798. This was the initial info revealed about the OnePlus Pad and we expect more in the coming days.

OnePlus is known for its flagship killer devices at a decent price range. As such the upcoming tablet is also expected to come with several premium features. As it’s a tablet, we expect the display to be superior similar to the OnePlus smartphones which come with Fluid AMOLED screens with high resolution.

OnePlus 9T is another incoming gadget
Other than the tablet, the company is also going to release its second half smartphone set, the OnePlus 9T. However, this won’t be a series and there will be just a single model. It is expected to come with a 108MP quad-camera set up in partnership with Hasselblad. Further, it will be pre-installed with ColorOS 11 globally.
OnePlus-Oppo partnership promises faster and more Android upgrades
Meanwhile, the company has recently announced its integration with Oppo and promised to provide a better software experience to the users. Following this, the Chinese OEM has also updated its Android upgrade policy.
As per the latest software update policy of OnePlus, the OnePlus 8 and above generations will be getting 3 Android upgrades, whereas the Nord lineup will get two major upgrades, and the remaining budget Nord will receive just a single Android upgrade.
