Eventually, when a user asked – why he can’t make phone calls when using other applications, the moderator replied that it’s mainly due to the Google Dialer app.
OnePlus responds that calling issues are a result of a buggy app update released for Google Dialer. However, the company has fixed the problem in the latest version and users can install the new build via the Play Store.
