OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 7 now rolling out for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro
OnePlus started preparing for the OxygenOS 11 beta program just after the announcement of the Android 11 in September 2020. The company started sending beta updates with the OnePlus 8 series phones.
The OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro has received 6 open betas until now. While the stable is already released for these phones but the open beta program is still in continuation. Moving further, the company is now sending another beta update for these smartphones.
As per the latest information, OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro users are now getting OxygenOS 11 new open beta 7 with some more optimizations and improvements. This latest beta build also installs February 2021 security patch for improved system security and device stability.
As per the changelog, the new beta brings some adjustments to the lock screen’s emergency rescue. It also fixes the issue of the Horizon light that has been failing to turn on. Additionally, it also optimizes the stability of the camera for a better user experience.
