OnePlus smartphones receive several system updates and app improvements. While new builds are quite useful for the devices, it often brings the risk of malicious threats and compromises the user experience. But it looks like, things will be better in this aspect with the OxygenOS 13.1 bug report feature.

Recently, a OnePlus 10 Pro listed a bunch of mysterious features that quietly made their way with the OxygenOS 13.1, and gladly one of them is the bug report feature. Before you make a point on how this addition could be helpful, let’s explore some flashbacks.

So far, the ‘bug report shortcut’ option in the Developer Options isn’t honored by the System UI which has become an ultimate problem. Though the ability was present in OxygenOS 12, it somehow vanished from the 13th version just like many other useful features.

This made users restricted from reporting a bug or issue directly to developers. But that’s not the case anymore. With OxygenOS 13.1, you will find the bug report option in the redesigned Quick Settings panel, under the developer tile.

It is worth mentioning, that you may find the respective feature as the Error Report. With this implementation, OnePlus proved that consumers’ effective experience is the topmost priority of the company.

As of now, you can directly tap on the Error Report option in the developer Quick Settings tile to report a bug interrupting your handset. Since OxygenOS 13.1 is only available for OnePlus 10 Pro, 10R, and Nord CE 3 Lite devices, the corresponding phone holders can access it.
