Recently, Xiaomi revealed the list of smartphones that will not receive the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update. The list includes several Redmi and Mi phones, now the company has added Poco F1 to the list.

Launched back in August 2018, the Poco F1 was the first Poco smartphone also known as Pocophone F1. This isn’t less than a legend for the company. But at some time other even legends like this hit the end of the software updates.

To recall, the Poco F1 was introduced with an Android  8.1 (Oreo) based MIUI 9 operating system. Later, it received several major software updates and is currently running on Android 10 based MIUI 12. And now it seems that the device will remain stuck on MIUI 12 based on Android 10.

The other devices are as follows:

  • Redmi Y3
  • Redmi Note 7
  • Redmi Note 7s
  • Redmi Note 7 Pro
  • Redmi 7
  • Redmi 7A
  • Mi A3

Among them, Redmi 7, Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7s, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Redmi 7A have already been updated to MIUI 12.5 in several regions. Notably, none of these phones runs on Android 11 nor will get its taste.
