POCO India extended warranty of phones by two months due to Covid-19 crisis
Today, POCO India has confirmed that it will extend the warranty period by two months for POCO phones ending in May or June this year. Due to the country reeling under the second wave of life-threatening COVID-19 pandemic, many cities in the country are already closed, so smartphone users (facing device problems) cannot access the services. This is a good way to support these users.

In addition, POCO confirmed that it would not release any new products in the country in May 2021. The company said it is suspending the release of the new devices and hope the situation would improve.
We know that the past few months have been extremely difficult on everyone. To make things easier, we're extending 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝑶𝑪𝑶 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒔*. All, for your safety.

This is not the first time the company has extended its product warranty. In April last year, during the lockdown in India, several companies proposed extending the warranty period to 90 days.
POCO India wanted to reiterate that nothing is more important than the well-being of their employees, consumers, members of the POCO family, and everyone who has been associated with us. The company will keep you posted on further development.
