Apple recently released it’s WatchOS 7 beta update for public beta testers. It brings some new features for Apple Watch, but some users have noticed that this update doesn’t include the new watch faces and new Blood oxygen app which came with the WatchOS 7.
Developers after updating to WatchOS 7.1 beta found out that the new Watch faces, memoji, and stripes are missing which were there with WatchOS 7. Users who have downloaded the update will not have access to these features until the next beta update or maybe later.
It is also been reported that the users who have paired the new Watch Series 6 with the iPhone running 14.2 beta are not able to activate the Blood Oxygen measurement feature.
While Apple didn’t say anything about the lack of these two features and it is not a big issue. Apple will fix them in the next beta or probably in the final update. But you should be aware while downloading this beta update as you may lose these features. Once you download the update on your watch you cannot downgrade it.
The update is available to the public beta testers who have signed for Apple’s beta testing program. The update can be downloaded after installing the proper certificate from the public beta website.
