Realme has started releasing new software updates to the Realme X/X Youth Edition, Realme V5, and Realme Q smartphones in China. The firmware update installs the latest Android security patches released in November/December 2020 to increase the system security.
Aside from the security improvements, it also adds QR code scanning support in the business card scanning interface and sharing function in the contact details interface. In addition, the newer firmware also fixes different system functions including Bluetooth, photo album, alarm clock, and dark mode.
