Realme has begun to rollout a new software update for the Realme X2 and X Youth Edition smartphones in China. The latest update brings the July 2020 security patch along with some important improvements.

Latest update for Realme X2 added smooth speeding sliding screen function, game hook function, barrage message function, and night time standby function. It also optimizes the storage firmware to improves storage stability.
For Realme X Youth Edition, it added realme link application, barrage message, recording to text function, note encryption function, and note to-do function. It fixes the problem related to a software store, recharge, information, system, and more.
The software version of this update for Realme X2 is C.20 and X Youth Edition is C.05, which is currently rolling out for Chinese units. Below you can check the complete changelog.
