Launched back in 2020, Redmi 9C is getting a new software update in Indonesia. This update mainly focuses on optimizing system performance alongside improving its security and stability.
It can be identified via the Android 10 based MIUI 12 build version V12.0.10.0.QCRIDXM. To experience it, one will have to download and install the package of around 1.8GB on their phones, thus, we suggest you use an unmetered connection or WiFi.

When talking about the changelog, it doesn’t mention any new feature or major change, you may notice some minor changes and improvements after installing the latest version.
Anyways, you can get the download links for the update below but if you want to install it manually, head over the Settings of your smartphones. Now click on System Updates > Download and Install. Once installed, Restart your phone, and you are done.
Before you download it, do note that this update will not harm your data but make sure to prepare a backup before downloading the firmware. Also, your phone’s battery should be charged, at least 30%.
