Redmi Note 12 Turbo launched, check specification, price and more 

Xiaomi has recently launched a new device in the Chinese market, called Redmi Note 12 Turbo. It’s the first smartphone to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. The device comes with various pro-grade hardware and software capabilities including the Android 13 operating system.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo – Specifications 

The device features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with support of 120Hz refresh rate, to provide users with an adequate visual experience. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage will allow the device to perform seamlessly without any lacking.

The smartphone is backed by a large 5000mAh battery with support of 67W fast charging. It further runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box. It means you are going to experience various significant features that could make your life easy and more convenient.

Coming to the camera department, the smartphone has a triple camera setup comprising of a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and f/1.8 aperture. An 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front the device has a centered punch-hole display that houses the 12MP selfie camera.

Furtherm it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, a stereo speaker setup, and USB type-C port on the connectivity front. Xiaomi has integrated the fingerprint scanner into the power button. The device also supports Dolby Vision, Hi-Res audio, and spatial audio.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo – price and variants

Xiaomi has priced the smartphone at 1,999 Yuan which is (approx Rs 23,880) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at 2,099 Yuan (approx. Rs 25,100) and 2,299 Yuan (approx. Rs 27,450) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. While the 1TB variant with 16GB RAM is priced at 2,799 Yuan (approx. Rs 33,450).

Talking about the choices, the smartphone is available in two color options black and blue. Which is looking stunning.

Global launch 

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is said to launch in global markets under different branding. And it’s tipped to launch in India as Poco F5 5G on April 6, 2023. However, Poco hasn’t officially revealed the launch date of the upcoming Poco F5 5G smartphone.
