As per the report, ARM-related mergers and acquisitions have been conducted for years. It was announced in September 2020 by Nvidia that it would obtain a UK-based company. But the venture failed after monopolies in various countries. Eventually, SK Hynix, Intel, and Qualcomm also announced similar issues.
