Samsung confirms One UI 7.0 beta release in India this week

Posted on

Samsung is gearing up to expand its One UI 7.0 beta program to more countries. After launching the beta firmware for Galaxy S24 users in select markets, India will now join the list.

A Samsung India support representative revealed in a WhatsApp conversation with @tarunvats33 that Galaxy S24 users in India will gain access to the One UI 7.0 beta program starting December 12. The confirmation stated:

“The Galaxy S24 series Beta UI 7 update is expected to be released on December 12. You will receive a notification on the Samsung Members app for UI 7 beta registration.”

While support representatives are not always precise about release dates, this announcement aligns with Samsung’s recent beta program timelines and seems credible.

The beta launch in India might also coincide with the release of the second One UI 7.0 beta build. If true, Poland could join the beta program on the same day as India.

Bug-Free and Optimized Firmware
One UI 7.0 beta has impressed early testers, as the first build is relatively stable and free of significant bugs. Samsung spent additional time refining this version internally before releasing it to the public, and the effort appears to have paid off.

Current and Upcoming Markets
As of now, the One UI 7.0 beta program is active in the USA, the UK, Germany, and South Korea. India, Poland, and China are expected to be the final countries to participate in the beta testing phase.

If you’re eager to test One UI 7.0 early, look for the beta registration notification on the Samsung Members app.
