3. Samsung Good Lock for Android 11/One UI 3.0

Following the release of One UI 3.0, only selected modules/applications of the Good Lock are working with this latest One UI version, while the rest are incompatible to work after upgrading to One UI 3.0. Regarding this matter, Samsung has now confirmed that a new version of the Good Lock app is under development, know the release date of Good Lock 2021 here

4. Galaxy S21 and S21+ spotted running Snapdragon 888

Samsung’s two devices having model numbers SM-G991U and SM-G996U spotted on Geekbench running Snapdragon 888 SoC which clarifies that Samsung will be using it in the upcoming flagships. 6. Stable One UI 3.0 for Galaxy Note 20/S20 FE

Samsung has released the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 series in several European countries. The Galaxy Note 20 series and Galaxy S20 FE are next in the line and the company is likely to release the stable One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy Note 20 series and Galaxy S20 FE this month. 7. Three foldable phones next year

As per a new report, Samsung is planning to launch three new foldable OLED phones next year. Alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 2, Samsung could launch a new budget model called the Galaxy Z Fold Lite. Read more here

8. Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9 aren’t listed for One UI 3.0

Launched with Android 8 based Samsung Experience UI, Galaxy S9 series and Note 9 phones received two generations of Android OS upgrades. Adding to this, Samsung cleared that it will not be bringing the Android 11 based One UI 3.0 update to the popular older flagship smartphones including the Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9. 9. Verizon Galaxy S20 FE/Z Fold 2 update

Verizon has started rolling out a new firmware update for its bounded Samsung smartphones. Two devices getting different updates, Galaxy S20 FE improving its security with the latest December 2020 security patch while the Galaxy Z Fold 2 earning November 2020’s patch. Read more here
