Samsung delayed One UI 5.0 Beta 2 due to animation issues, arriving Monday
A few weeks ago, Samsung released the first beta version of the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update to the Galaxy S22 series users in select markets. Although it’s already time for One UI 5.0 Beta 2, Samsung has delayed it due to some internal issues.
Meanwhile, it looks like we won’t have to wait for so long to get the second One UI 5.0 beta. A reliable tipster named Ice Universe has recently told that Samsung will bring the One UI 5.0 Beta 2 next Monday. He did not specify the exact release date, next Monday is August 29 so we can assume it is the release date.

His reports indicate that One UI developers are having problems with Android 13 adoption for Galaxy devices. Hope these issues are resolved so we can finally meet the second version next week.

A couple of days ago, the same tipster revealed that the coming One UI 5.0 beta version will introduce new icons for some apps. These apps include Samsung Gallery, Camera, Messages, Contacts, and Phone. There are slight changes in the icons, however, you can catch them at first look.
