According to the recent report by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Samsung Galaxy 5G phones have achieved remarkable success in the US customer satisfaction ranking for 2024. While Apple continue to be a strong contender in the market with same score.
The ACSI report highlights that the Korean tech giant has received high praise from customers across the United States as compared to Apple and is recognized as the most satisfying 5G smartphone brand of 2024. Yes, Samsung has defeated Apple in its home ground.
It’s worth noting that, both the Giants have achieved 82 points out of 100, but the change in customer satisfaction was 1% up for Apple iPhones and 3% high for Galaxy devices in 2024. Whereas, in the annual ASCI study of 2023, Apple surpassed Samsung with 1 point and attained 81 points.

While Galaxy 5G phones have taken the spotlight, it’s worth mentioning that Apple also continues to be a significant player in the US smartphone market. The competition between Samsung and Apple in the American smartphone market remains fierce.
