Back in December 2020, Samsung has started releasing the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 firmware update to the Galaxy S20 series smartphones. The company has impressively managed to provide this major Android upgrade to its every (eligible) newer and older flagship devices. Even, numerous budget phones such as Galaxy M31, Galaxy M21, Galaxy M30s, and Galaxy F41 have also received the One UI 3.0 features.
Recently, the Korean tech giant pushed the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 software update for two popular Galaxy A series devices that are the Galaxy A51 and the Galaxy A71. Besides, the US carriers have also updated their bounded Galaxy A51 and A71 handsets to the Android 11 OS via OTA.

- Privacy Controls
- One-time permissions –
- Give one-time permissions to apps that need your mic, camera or location. The next time the app needs access, it must ask for permission again.
- Permissions auto‑reset –
- If you haven’t used an app in a while, you may not want it to keep accessing your data. So Android will reset permissions for your unused apps. You can always turn permissions back on.
- Samsung Free
- Samsung Free is a new media and entertainment service that replaces Samsung Daily. Samsung Free offers three tabs to Watch TV, Read news, and Play games. From the Home screen, zoom out and swipe right to access Samsung Free.
