Samsung Galaxy S20 FE One UI 3.1 firmware update suspended!

Posted on

Launched in September 2020, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes pre-installed with Android 10-based One UI 2.5. Moving forward, the device has also received the major Android 11 upgrade including the One UI 3.0 features. Moreover, the S20 FE has recently started getting the latest One UI 3.1 update via OTA.

According to SamMobile, Samsung has suspended the latest One UI 3.1 update for the Galaxy S20 FE phones because it’s no longer available via OTA or Smart Switch. Furthermore, it remains unclear, why the company stopped the rollout of this update.

It is expected that the latest software update had some severe issues that’s why the company has paused this firmware. It means the remaining Galaxy S20 FE users will not get this software update until the company restarts rolling out.
