Samsung Galaxy S22 disappointing battery capacity revealed

So far, Samsung’s preparations for its next Galaxy S flagship lineup have started to leak in advance. After the high-res renders of the Galaxy S22 trio, a new report emerged online confirming important information of the standard variant.

Report reveals, a Samsung battery with model number EB-BS901ABY has got approval from the South Korean certification authority. The document suggests that it will be made for the vanilla Galaxy S22 flagship that has a typical capacity of 3,700mAh, 300mAh less than its predecessor.

Initially, it’s reported that the Galaxy S22 will feature a 6.06-inch display, which is also smaller than the 6.2-inch display of the Galaxy S21. In addition, it’s reported that the device will be equipped with Exynos 2200 processor with AMD GPU that will be more power-efficient.

As per the previous reports, the Galaxy S22 will come with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP wide-angle, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto camera. On the front, it could highlight a 10MP camera for selfies and video calling. Additionally, a recent leak revealed 25W fast charging for the standard variant.
