Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 skipped One UI 3.0 and gets Android 11 update with One UI 3.1
Samsung is now killing it with updates, the South Korean tech giant has started with the One UI 3.0 back in 2020, and now it’s the One UI 3.1 which is rolling out in full swing. The company is now sending an unexpected update for the Galaxy Tab S6 users that brings One UI 3.1.
This was a total surprise for the users of Galaxy Tab S6 as we weren’t expecting Samsung to release the latest update this early. However, the rollout is currently limited to the users in Europe and Germany and we expect it to expand soon in other countries as well.
Identified with the firmware version T865XXU4CUB7, this update comes with a package size of more than 2GB. Along with the exciting new features of One UI 3.1, this update also brings the March 2021 security patch for improved system security and device stability.
Samsung has skipped the One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy Tab S6 users and these devices are directly getting One UI 3.1 update after the One UI 2.5. This means, alongside this update the tablet is also jumping to Android 11 bringing new and refreshed UI.
