Samsung may start the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 public beta program next month
Samsung has already started the One UI 3.0 Beta program for developers. The One UI 3.0 developer’s beta program is currently available for Galaxy S20 series users in the US and South Korea. The company may release the public beta program for the users soon.
According to the Samsung Community China, the public beta program of the new One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 operating system will begin soon and is expected to be rolling out in mid-to-late October for Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra 5G (unlocked device).
The One UI 3.0 Beta Program is a chance to try One UI features before its official release. You will have to join the One UI 3.0 beta program through the Samsung Members app or Galaxy community. It may cause some malfunctions also some functions may not be available.

If you no longer want to participate in the beta version, you can quit the closed beta activity through the Galaxy community, reinstall the official version, and install the backup data through the replacement assistant.
NOTE: Before installing the One UI beta version, please make sure that your data has been saved. You can save the backup through the PC version of Samsung Switch Assistant. Also, you need to update all apps through the Samsung App Store.
