Samsung One UI 7 Beta program now available in more countries, including India
Samsung has expanded the One UI 7.0 beta program to more countries, bringing the latest software update to Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users. Initially launched on December 5 in the US, UK, Korea, and Germany, the beta program is now available in India, Poland, and China.
One UI 7 Beta Now in India and Poland
Galaxy S24 series owners in India and Poland can now join the beta program. Interested users need to sign up through the Samsung Members app and download the update by navigating to Settings > Software Update on their devices. The release in China is expected shortly after.
One UI 7 Beta 2, 3, and 4 Release Dates
Samsung is reportedly planning to release a new beta version every Monday. Based on recent information, here is the timeline for upcoming updates:
- December 16, 2024: Beta 1 for India and Poland (Wave II), Beta 2 for the US, UK, Korea, and Germany (Wave I)
- December 23, 2024: Beta 2 for Wave II countries, Beta 3 for Wave I countries
- December 30, 2024: Beta 3 for Wave II countries, Beta 4 for Wave I countries
Beta Rollout Details
The Beta 2 update is expected to launch today, which will also mark the program’s start in India and Poland. Users in Wave II countries (India and Poland) will receive their first beta, while Wave I markets will get Beta 2.
Earlier, Samsung support teams hinted at a December 12 release for the India launch, but the timeline shifted to December 16. While support teams have previously caused confusion with release dates, reliable sources confirm that the rollout will begin today.
How to Join the Beta Program
- Open the Samsung Members app.
- Sign up for the One UI 7 Beta Program.
- Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to get the latest beta.
With these updates, Samsung aims to provide Galaxy S24 series users access to the newest One UI 7 features and improvements ahead of the official release.
