Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 smartphones sell better than expected in Taiwan

According to Digitimes sources, Samsung registered higher-than-expected sales of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 in Taiwan (since their launch). Despite the tough competition and market conditions, the demand for new Samsung foldable phones is strong in Taiwan.

In Taiwan, Galaxy Z Fold 4 pre-orders have seen a 200% increase over the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The source further added that the company’s target for 50% annual shipment growth for the Galaxy Z series will probably be realized first.

Not only in Taiwan, we saw several reports that suggest that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 are highly sought after in many countries across the world. According to data compiled in September, Samsung posted 1.4 times growth in Southeast Asia, while Mexico and Brazil registered 1.5 times growth compared to third-generation foldables.
