Sennheiser officially launched IE 100 PRO in-ear monitor in China uses MMCX interface interchangeable design
On April 9, Sennheiser officially launched the IE 100 PRO in-ear monitor in China. This product adopts an MMCX interface interchangeable design, gives a variety of colors, is the sequel to the previous generation IE 40 PRO.
This headset gives natural, soothing, and accurate monitoring-level sound quality while taking into account daily entertainment. By looking at the appearance, IE 100 PRO is available in red and transparent versions with transparent shells, as well as opaque black versions.
The product utilizes a thin mold design and is equipped with reinforced ear hooks that are firm and comfortable to wear. This headset is furnished with a 10mm dynamic broadband unit, inheriting the product design of the previous generation of the IE series.
Officials say that this unit can produce high-resolution monitoring sound, and a single moving coil helps avoid phase distortion. This headset is available in a wired version and a wireless version.
Additionally, to the 3.5mm cable, the wireless version contains an extra IE PRO BT Bluetooth cable, supports USB-C charging, supports the apt-X protocol, battery life is 10 hours, charging time is 2 hours.
By looking at the specification, Sennheiser IE 100 PRO has an impedance of 20Ω, a frequency response range of 20Hz-18kHz, THD<0.1%, and a sound pressure level of 115dB. The wired version of this headset is priced at 899 yuan (137.07 USD), and the Bluetooth wireless version is priced at 1,499 yuan (228.54 USD).
