According to the latest information, users of Mi 10 and Mi 10 Ultra are facing some issues with their phones related to the notification sound. Some users of these devices reported about this annoying issue.

A user of Mi 10 Ultra stated that the sound of the notification is too slow. The users copied some volume files from Notes and put them in the ringtone folder to set them as notification sound but still no notifications sound.
Some Mi 10 users reported that after installing the apps including Snapchat and more. Even after turning on all permission in settings about notification, they don’t get the notification. A user also said that all apps’ notification sound rings same that not the app’s default ringtone.
The temporary solution for this issue is that you can reinstall the apps to get the notification. You can also restart your device that will close the applications running in the background.
This issue is occurring only for a limited number of users while there’s no confirmation of why it is happening. We’ll keep you posted about further development in this story.
