Steam Deck releases new version of Windows driver, improves APU and audio

Valve has pushed a new Windows driver to the Steam Deck handheld, including an APU driver, audio driver, etc., to improve the user’s Windows experience. Valve has not released a changelog or release notes for the new driver.

According to Lawrence Yang, UX designer at Valve, the new APU driver fixes slow performance in Halo: Infinite and more games problem.

However, the new driver still does not support SteamOS and Windows dual systems. To install Windows, you still need to wipe the SteamOS data and then install Windows.
