Super Animal Royale 2D battle royale is coming soon to Stadia as its next free-to-play game
Super Animal Royale, a villainous 2D Bottle Royale, will soon be coming to Stadia as its next free-to-play game.
Since last November 2020, Stadia has been slowly building a games library to fully play, allowing anyone with a Google account – anywhere in the supported country – to play the game anytime. So far, this running list includes two levels, Destiny 2, Super Bomberman Online, and Hitman.
Another free-to-play game like Super Animal Royale is coming to the Google Stadia, Cloud with a Chance of Games. As the name implies, the game is a simple combat royale that kills each other badly on the way to victory by having adorable animals. The whole beauty of the game is the weird perfect mish-mash with a bad character for Vicious as it looks best in the music trailer.

Although Stadia does not appear in the Super Animal Royale trailer with other platforms – a recurring issue referred to by the Stadia community as the “logo gate” – the official announcement calls Platia directly one of the game’s venues. No specific date for the launch has been shared, with Modus Games only offering “later this year”.
While Super Animal Royal is preparing to depart early, it is coming back for the first time in 2018. In particular, the developers have full support for both cross-save and cross-play, which means that your progress will be with you and against enemies from all platforms you can play.
As Stadia tries to bring in new players, free-to-play games are a great, low-stair way to find out if cloud gaming is right for them. Most importantly, some of the biggest games in the world are currently free titles to play, and if Stadia can provide good support for those games, it may appeal to a larger audience with proper gaming hardware.
