In this three-year study, the researchers counted 568,881 electric vehicles sold in the U.S. market, accounting for 97% of the electric vehicle sales in the U.S. market during the same period. In the past three years, Tesla sold 430,592 electric vehicles in the United States, accounting for 74%.

According to the statistics of researchers, the top three electric vehicles sold in the US market in the past three years are all from Tesla. They are Model 3, Model S, and Model X. The first one is close to 300,000. Both models exceeded 60,000.
