At the Huawei Developer Conference (HDC) on September 10, 2020, Huawei announced its latest operating system skin, EMUI 11 based on Android 10.

EMUI 11 comes with a bundle of new features such as Smart Always On Display, Multi-screen collaboration, improved multi-window mode, etc.
Following the release of EMUI 11, Huawei has begun the EMUI 11 beta testing program for its flagship devices. The first batch includes the Huawei P40, Mate 30, and MatePad Pro series.
Looking ahead, the first batch of EMUI 11 beta testing has received the stable EMUI 11 version. On the other side, Huawei is expanding the reach of EMUI 11 to more devices in various regions outside China.
Aside from the eligible models, Huawei has not started the release of EMUI 11 for some of its smartphones that have received the EMUI 10.x version, while some other users are still waiting for their turn.
Below, you can check Huawei and Honor devices that could not get EMUI 11 and may currently have to meet with security patches.
