Vivo has now shared the official Android 12 upgrade rollout plan for the Vivo smartphones.

Vivo doesn’t believe in software updates. They don’t really release any regular security patches to their smartphones including flagship phones.
Google has released the stable Android 12 OS, meanwhile, Vivo just unveiled its next version of Funtouch custom OS skin – Funtouch OS 12. The current version of Funtouch OS is based on Android 11.
