Samsung recently announced that Wal-Mart will purchase more than 7 million smartphones in the next few months. According to the news, 740,000 rugged and durable Galaxy XCover Pro phones will be distributed to Wal-Mart employees for use at work and at home.

The South Korean technology giant revealed that this is the company’s largest transaction in the mobile enterprise sector in the US market. However, Samsung has not announced information about the transaction, but the Wal-Mart unit of Galaxy XCover Pro will be cheaper than its $500 retail price.

It is worth noting that Wal-Mart itself needs smartphones to implement the Connected Associate program, which creates a special application designed to simplify employees’ daily tasks, customer service processes, and planning work and life outside of work.

Samsung’s Galaxy XCover Pro provides a robust and stylish single-device solution. The company has inherited its tradition of high-profile smartphone features, such as immersive displays, durable batteries, lightweight and durable designs, and powerful cameras.
