Installed watchOS 7.3.1 and still facing Power Reserve issue with Apple Watch Series 5/Watch SE? Here’s a fix
Previously the Apple Watch Series 5 and Watch SE users were reporting some bugs that caused these watches not to charge after entering power reserve mode. The company has released a new watchOS 7.3.1 update for the watch users which was entitled to solve this issue.
Apple itself confirmed the issue in the support document which affected a small bunch of users. As per the company, this group of users saw a problem with charging after the Apple Watch went into Power Reserve mode.

Although, the company released watchOS 7.3.1 to fix the issue, and if the problem still exists then they can also get help from Apple Support. The company recommends users place the watch on the charger and wait for at least 30 mins and see if the issues get fixed or not.
And if the given solution fails then the users are required to contact Apple Support to set up a mail-in repair, that will be free of cost from the company. For those who are unaware, Apple has launched the Watch Series 5 back in September 2019, while the Watch SE was introduced alongside the Watch Series 6 last year as a mid-range watch.
