Although the latest development is a unique way to enhance the communication experience to more extent.
As per the new reports, WhatsApp is rolling out the Android 2.23.16.19 beta version which carries the voice chat feature. When enabled, a new voice waveform icon will show up within a group chat. Tapping on this sign will automatically start the voice chat on a dedicated interface.
Besides, anyone in the group can join the voice chat at any time and start speaking. In case, the voice chat remains empty or no one joins it, it will automatically end after 60 minutes. On the flip side, every participant will get a silent push notification when a new voice chat is created in their groups.
