Just like Google, WhatsApp has also started testing AI tweaks to its app. In the latest development, the company is working on new AI-generated stickers for WhatsApp Android. The interesting feature is currently in the beta phase but it won’t take much time to reach the stable platform.

According to the information, WhatsApp is rolling out the Android beta 2.23.17.14 version that brings AI-generated stickers. Eventually, the new build allows some beta testers to create and share AI stickers effectively.

To begin with, the keyboard section now shows a new “Create” button within the sticker tab. One can tap on it and provide a suitable description to generate stickers. Thereafter, the app will present a set of AI stickers and you can pick one of them.

Notably, Al stickers are generated using a secure technology offered by Meta. You’re always in control over stickers generated by AI. In case you think a sticker is inappropriate or harmful, you can report it to Meta. You can check this feature by installing the latest version from the Google Play Store.
