Xiaomi has kicked off a new MIUI 12.5 beta update in China for Redmi and Mi smartphones. The newest beta update can be identified via the MIUI 12.5 build version 21.10.29, which brings some new features for Gallery.

The new update added a map album to support viewing images on the map and a new photo organizing module for Gallery. With this new photo module, you can organize your albums and photo more conveniently and efficiently.

Xiaomi MIX 4 first released a development version based on Android 12, with multiple optimizations and improvements. Due to the major version upgrade of Android, the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition and Redmi Note 10 Pro will be suspended from the internal beta on October 25, 2021.
In the weekly participation criteria for the internal beta, everyone can vote on the version being used and the release experience. In order to give Mi Fan friends a relatively better experience in using the test version, Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro are further testing the system stability, and the test results will be released later.
