Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant, is expected to release its latest mobile operating system, MIUI 15, in December 2023. After the abandoned clarification of MIUI 14.5, Xiaomi fans have now locked their eyes on the upcoming Android custom skin – MIUI 15, and its prominent details.
The upcoming MIUI 15 is anticipated to bring several new features and improvements over its predecessor, MIUI 14. As of now, Xiaomi has not revealed anything official about the launch date of MIUI 15, but it is likely to debut in December 2023, along with Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro smartphones.
With the release of MIUI 15, the tech maker seems to follow its tradition as the MIUI 14, was introduced alongside the Xiaomi 13 series on December 14, 2022. Therefore, the next iteration of MIUI will be based on the Android 14 operating system and it is going to bring several advancements to your devices.
Accordingly, the model numbers assigned to the Xiaomi 14 series denote 2312 and 2311, it is reasonable to infer that these numbers correspond to the months of November and December 2023. A similar trend was observed with the Xiaomi 13 series, where the model numbers were 2210 and 2211, indicating October and November.
Based on this pattern, it is highly likely that MIUI 15 uprooted with Android 14 will be introduced to the public in December 2023. To be mentioned, the firm has not yet announced any details about the upcoming version of the software officially and there may be some changes in the release plan of MIUI 15.
It is also rumored that MIUI 15 will have a new design language, which will offer a fresh look and feel to the interface, making it more visually appealing.
