Xiaomi releases mobile phone memory upgrade survey questionnaire

According to the latest report, the official Xiaomi service account released a memory upgrade survey questionnaire today, indicating that Xiaomi mobile phones are expected to support memory upgrade services.

The survey questions include “what is the main purpose of the mobile phone”, “whether the mobile phone has a freeze problem”, “how long has the mobile phone been used”, and “do you want to upgrade the memory of the mobile phone”, “how much memory do you think can meet the requirements” and so on.

Among them, whether the mobile phone has the following problems can be selected, including game lag, outdated performance, running too slow and lag, application crashes, frequent crashes, prompts for insufficient memory, the software cannot be started, slow network speed, serious heat, and other problems.

Moreover, users can also choose a solution, such as official maintenance, third-party paid maintenance, cleaning the system & deleting apps, buying a new phone, upgrading memory, etc.
