Zuckerberg wants to ensure Facebook is free for iOS users after Apple’s new privacy policies
Apple has officially released the iOS 14.5 system, requiring application developers to obtain user consent before tracking users. Although Facebook objected to this, it had to abide by it and branded it as “free”.
Facebook explained in the pop-up notification that iOS 14.5 requires developers to obtain user consent when tracking some device data to improve ad delivery, and states that users will benefit from this data collection from three aspects.

The second is “Assist Keep Instagram/Facebook free”. However, there is currently no sign that Facebook plans to provide a paid version of the application.
Facebook said that this notification will pop in the next few days or weeks to push in Instagram, Facebook applications, so users may not see it at present.
