OnePlus OxygenOS 13 is one of the best-operating systems when it comes to display and customization features. But in the present moment, the latest software is standing in the circle of drawbacks. As per the input revealings, a OnePlus 9 smartphone user is stuck with an annoying Canvas AOD (Always on Display) issue.
Recently, a OnePlus 9 device holder reported that he is dealing with a strange Canvas AOD issue. The issue took place after the installation of the dynamic OxygenOS 13 firmware. Accordingly, while turning on the canvas mode in the AOD section, the interface gradually slides down from the screen.

Although on exploration, we found that the sliding behavior of the canvas is intentional and mainly happens to ensure that the AOD image does not burn pixels on the screen while being displayed. Thus, it’s not a big deal to count on.
However, here lies the twist! The sliding behavior continues even when the AOD option is not in use. Consequently, the user explains with the medium of screenshots that while the canvas is off, the AOD interface constantly slides down every time he touches the screen.
“After turning on the canvas mode in AOD and when I turn on and turn off the screen (with AOD) the interface gradually slides down. Even on turning off the canvas, the AOD interface slides down.”
OxygenOS 11 or 12 doesn’t have any such thing!
It’s worth mentioning that the previous builds don’t have any such behavior. Possibly, it could be a feature of OxygenOS 13. But if the feature is running even under disabled conditions then probably it could be a bug. Another issue that the user discovered was the absence of the digital clock while enabling it.
