Android 14 testing is going on speedily. The latest beta build 2.1 is now available for Pixel phones. Google has also released beta builds for other smartphone makers including Xiaomi and OnePlus.

Android 14 release roadmap:
Google will start releasing the third beta with platform stability in June. You can expect stable Android 14 OS to reach smartphones by August this year. Two public betas are already available for testing.
