AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series CPUs are getting cheaper: Report

Intel’s Alder Lake-S series CPUs have only been officially listed for two days, but retailers have already realized the crisis. Therefore, AMD Ryzen 5000 series in the United States and other places have begun to make big price cuts.

Furthermore, it is not clear whether the price cut will be partial or global. At least so far AMD has not publicly announced its CPU price adjustments. The price cuts are a serious problem among US retailers, at least not too common, and even CPU price cuts are not so common worldwide.

According to statistics from the report, AMD currently has a higher market share in the mid-range, especially the R7 5700G, which is currently priced at US$280 (US$80 lower than MSRP).
