Apple Safari’s browser shares in North America reach 50%, surpassing Google Chrome: Report

According to the latest report, in the competition of the most popular mobile browser in North America, Apple Safari beat Google Chrome. Statistics show that the Safari browser has a 50% share of the North American mobile browser market, and the Chrome browser has a 43.91% share.

In addition, Samsung Internet has a 3.94% share; Firefox has a 1.22% share; Opera and Edge have 0.45% and 0.23%, respectively. But while Safari dominates the mobile and tablet markets, Chrome remains the most widely used browser. Currently, Chrome has a 51% market share; Safari is second with 33%; Microsoft Edge is third with 5.66%.

In the PC field, the gap is even more obvious. Google Chrome has a market share of 59.72%; Safari ranks second with 14.19% of the browser market share; followed by Microsoft Edge browser with a market share of more than 12%; Firefox with a market share of 6.81% is another major browser.
