ASUS TUF B660 motherboard certified in South Korea, supports DDR4 memory

Intel’s 12th-generation Core K-series processors and Z690 flagship motherboards have been on sale, and it is expected that the 12-generation Core non-K series and B660 motherboards will be on sale early next year. Now, the ASUS TUF B660 motherboard has been certified in South Korea.

Moreover, the model of this ASUS motherboard is TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS WIFI D4. From the naming, it can be seen that this motherboard only supports DDR4 memory.

Furthermore, Intel’s 12th-generation Core desktop processors support PCIe 5.0 for the first time, but not all Z690 motherboards support this interface.

The sources pointed out the intel’s upcoming  H670 chipset is expected to support PCIe 5.0, but B660 and H610 do not. Besides, most B660 motherboards will only support DDR4 memory, but this has a slight impact on ordinary office and game players.
