1. Android 14 QPR1 Beta 2.2 rolling out:
Android 14 QPR1 Beta 2.2 is rolling out with many bug fixes for the Pixel devices.
According to the official information, there are 34 bug fixes in U1B2.230922.013, and carry the October 2023 security patch. This update is available for all devices.
Google says: “Your device will be automatically updated to Android 14 QPR1 Beta 2.2 within 5 days.”

2. Google Pixel Watch 2 charging problems:
According to Reddit users, some Pixel Watch 2 are facing issues during charging. In one report, a user’s device won’t charge despite it being properly attached to the charging. The affected users also tried changing the charger but it didn’t work.
The Watch 2 users are reaching out to Google support in numbers. Disappointly, no support was provided, all they get is the same old automated email/response.
3. Gboard for Android gets a scan text tool:
According to 9to5Google, Google’s Gboard gets a Scan Text tool. To use this feature, you first need to allow the camera permission to Gboard.
You can see the “Scan Text” option in the above image, there you can see “Take a photo of words to scan” with the capture button.
As you can see, texts are highlighted in the photo. You can select the whole line or can adjust accordingly. After selection, you will get the “Insert” option.
