IBM and Amazon expand partnership to help mutual clients with AI solutions
IBM has recently announced the expansion of its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) which will ultimately bring prominent AI solutions and aids for mutual clients. Both organizations plan to deliver joint solutions and services with effective AI capabilities to help users in critical cases.
In favor of this build-up, IBM is planning to train 10,000 consultants by the end of 2024. Several clients from IBM and Amazon Web Services work in industries with a range of AI solutions and services. But in the current scenarios, the companies aim to enhance those solutions for new business and IT operations.
Eventually, the firms are planning to work on three major solutions:
- Contact Center Modernization with Amazon Connect
IBM working with AWS to create summarization and categorization features for voice and digital interactions using AI. Consequently, it will ease transfers between the chatbot and the live agent. Further, it will provide the agent with summarized details to improve quality management.
- Platform Services on AWS
Amazon and IBM are upgrading platform services with AI to manage the cloud value chain, IT operations, automation, and platform engineering in a better way. On the flip side, AI technology will offer tools to clients for enhancing business serviceability and app availability.
- Supply Chain Ensemble on AWS
This solution brings a virtual assistant that helps to accelerate the work of supply chain professionals related to delivering on customer expectations, optimizing inventories, reducing costs, streamlining logistics, and assessing supply chain risk.
